We do surgeries:   Mon- Fri-  2  (7pm /9 pm)  |  Sat - 4-5 surgeries  (morning/afternoon)  |  Sun - 2  surgeries (morning)

Read the cancellation and scheduling guide thoroughly!  to keep you from losing your funds unnecessarily.    

Send post op reports  by fax or email  (see below) -  if you have them (not mandatory)

Call Dr. Diaz: to confirm the date.  This is your consultation call so ask questions if you wish.  He will need to know weight, height, age, allergies, drug allergies, current illnesses.   Phone:  011-52-899-132-2614  (during consultation hours only)   4-8 pm weekday / 8am-8pm weekend (central time).

Email to request invoice and pre-op evaluation form  - be sure to tell us the surgery date and the correct email for your correspondence.   

Make your deposit. - instructions are detailed on your invoice.  Deposits are due immediately.  Please let us know how you will be sending it.

Finalize travel plans and schedule your shuttle - by calling Marcos at 361-442-0348 (cell in US).  Read his webpage before calling.

Pay additional fees (*mandatory if applicable)  and / or full balance due (optional).  Email for details.
