Verify Your date

 

THE CALENDAR BELOW WILL SHOW DATES TAKEN. ANY OPEN TIMES WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO WORK PATIENTS IN ON THE SCHEDULE.   THIS CALENDAR IS FOR APPOINTMENT MAKING ONLY. IT IS NOT COMPREHENSIVE NOR IS IT THE PATIENT CALENDAR.  PATIENT CALENDAR ACCESS IS GRANTED AFTER YOU SCHEDULE.

Surgery Times are: (central standard time)
Monday - Friday - 1pm - 9pm       //       Sat - Sun  - 7am - 1pm
Busy = appointment time not open  --  Pending = appt time not confirmed. 

Patients should arrive at least 4 hours before surgery - stay 24 hours post op until release - allow 4 hours between hospital release and return flight time.
