• Please remember - when using the Skype voicemail system you must leave a message and we will 'attempt' to return your call.  We have found that sometimes our calls will not go through to some phones, so if we do not call you back please know that we have tried unsuccessfully.  You should email us or try one of the international numbers.  We are working on it and hope to have a fix for the problem soon.

• We have added a couple of new skype features to our website!  We have a new US voicemail line (dial just like any other US number), and an online chat button to contact our office.  These are new features so please try them out but be patient as we 'tweak' them to integrate with our system.  We may be trying out several programs to find the one that works best for our staff and our patients, so be sure to give us your feedback!
  
  Don't forget you can still use the skype program to call the international numbers as well. Or Use skype chat to chat with us directly.  Skype is a free program (similar to yahoo) to download and use. For an international call to the doctors you would pay about $1 for a 10 minute call. The clarity is usually excellent, the service is extremely easy to use (we are not affiliated with the company, we are simply trying to find ways to improve cross country communication issues).  :)

• New Shuttle schedule - the shuttle has a new schedule and will now be picking up and dropping off from 8am to 8pm, daily.  Flights should arrive at least 4 hours prior to surgery, and flights home should stil times still need to be noon or later if you are being released prior to noon).
