We had gotten pregnant in June, 2005. We we’re thrilled!!!  On July 26, 2005 we we’re in a vehicle accident. Had emergency surgery, and on day 3 in the hospital we miscarried.  Had my pelvis plated, a rod placed in my right leg, and a year of rehab.  So on Jan.26,2006  I had to have hernia surgery and we had to wait 5- 6 months before we could resume TTC.  

So then we were trying not to get pregnant, so my body could heal from surgery.  So we still used our pregnancy and ovulation tests to make sure I didn’t get pregnant.  But we did get pregnant even though I still had light periods.  Began spotting the last few days of April and miscarried on May 11,2006.

We are still TTC. I’ll be 46 this year, so time is running out for us. We have found a doctor that does IVF. We are hoping to have enough $ to have this procedure done this year.

Dr.Perez and Dr.Levi were excellent, the hospital staff were also. It was the best care I have ever gotten.

My husband is a paramedic, and was very impressed with the whole experience.

My surgery was scheduled for Dec.12. But we arrived there on Sat. at noon. Fanny took us shopping for 2 hrs. We came back, and they we're ready for us. It took 1 1/2 hrs. The staff was excellent, Dr. Levi and Dr. Perez were excellent !!! The food was good also. Very clean hospital. We had no problems at all.  It all went very smooth.  Planning on a trip back this next Nov. just to visit.
