November 2004 - sad news...
I wanted to update you all on my pregnancy outcome. I just came from
the ob and I lost our baby. It was not tubal, just a miscarriage at
5 weeks. Thanks for all your prayers and support through this. I
will keep you informed of when we conceive again.
Thanks again for everything.
love, tiffany
November 2004
I had my tr in may of this year and my hubby came home on leave from
Iraq for 2 weeks and we are happy to announce we are pregnant. We
are 4 weeks and my doctor seems to think everything looks great at
this point and should go smoothly. I will keep you all updated. I
ask though that you can pray for me as my blood pressure has been
elevated the past 3 months and she seems to think it is from stress.
But she said walking into a pregnancy with it as high as mine has
been they may even consider medication. I go back on Monday the 8th
of November and hopefully God willing it will go back to normal know
God heals. So if you could pray for me and my baby. God bless you
all. I will keep you all updated.

I left Killeen, TX late on the night of 5/07/04 and headed to Rio
Bravo. We arrived at the hospital around 6:30 a.m. on 5/08/04. We
had Fanny pick us up at the airport, where we left our vehicle. She
was great in assisting us to the hospital. She was very polite and
spoke very good English. She took us straight to the hospital and we
checked in where we were greeted by Dr Levi. Very nice man. Anyway,
he explained what was going to take place and I filled out
paperwork, got an i.v. started, and blood drawn. Then at 10:00 a.m.
they came in and wheeled me to the o.r. I was a nervous wreck about
then. So they made me roll over on my side and I felt them washing
my back off with some cold stuff and Dr Levy came and put some meds
in my i.v. and that's all I remember. When I woke up enough to
realize what was going on around me they were finishing up and took
me to my room.
Dr. Levi came in and spoke with me and told me I had 5cm. on both
sides, very little to no scar tissue, and a 90% chance to conceive.
I was very happy at the outcome but more happier that God had let me
have this done and I was once a woman again.
The hospital was very nice and clean. Things were done differently
than here in the states but overall things were outstanding. The
nurses were very nice and the language barrier was not a problem at
all. I am glad that I went and if I was asked would I go again I
would. My friend went with me due to my hubby being overseas but all
went very well. Crossing the border was not a problem and coming
back wasn't either.
Hope you all enjoy going there as much as I did.
God bless,
Tiffany Leslie
