Hello… I had my reversal last July (2005) and had many issues in my body “regulating” back to normal. BUT I just wanted to tell you God is great and with the hand of Dr Perez, We are now expecting. I am 5 weeks pregnant and due May 2007!

Please give us your prayers…thank you Dr Perez….

August 2005

We are back from Surgery with Dr Perez. I had it on Friday night ( instead of Saturday). It was a long plane ride there and back coming from Seattle. Overall the experience was great but in many ways somewhat of culture shock when you first go there since they do things a bit differently. The nurses were awesome and so helpful as well as the Doctors. Dr. Levi and Marcos ( the shuttle guy :O) were awesome. They are the easiest guys you can get along with. With each meal you get fresh mango juice, etc. great food!

As far as the surgery, all went well. I was informed that I had 7 cm on each side left and they look great. My mother in-law made a joke to Dr Levi saying “so I might get a grandson someday” and he turned to her and said “ you WILL get a grandson someday”. She as well as my mother only have a total of 12 granddaughters and no grandsons yet….

Not much pain, more soreness.  To give you the pain level, my surgery was finished at approx. 10:00 p.m. on Friday and the next afternoon we all went shopping for a little while. Each person is different but I would say the worst is if you have a little extra weight (as I do) and the extra weight tends to push on the stitches but again, it just is sore, etc. I was worried about the plane ride home but all went well. The airline will give you an extender belt if you need it as well as ice packs, etc. They try to accommodate well.

Thank you all for your prayers and God bless all of you!
