February 2006 My name is Mindy Schmitz and my husband is Anthony. I had my TL 7/99 when my youngest daughter was born. I was married and he absolutely knew that he did NOT want any more children. Right now I have 3, ages 6, 8, and 9. Anthony and I married 6/05 and he does not have any children of his own but absolutely adore the 3 we have. I love children and am always "borrowing" children from my friends. =0) Well, before we even married we found Dr Perez online and have not quit researching the website since. We had our TR on 2/18/06. I am now 5 days post op and I am feeling really good. The first couple of days I was pretty stiff but now its really not so bad. Just takes time and you have to give yourself that time to heal. The hospital was great. Dr Levi and Dr Perez were both wonderful and checked on me afterwards several times. I slept during the surgery and woke up as they were stitching me up but didn't feel anything...was still kind of out of it. Anthony said I woke up a couple of times but I don't remember. We did record the surgery and have watched it a couple times already.
If I had it to do again then i definitely would use Dr Perez without
a doubt. Anthony and I are full time students right now so we aren't
trying to jump right in a get pregnant but we know we have a chance
now and that is all we ask. Hopefully, the next story you read from
me will consist of a due date.
