We would like to announce the arrival of our new daughter, Avereigh Dawn, who was born July, 16, 2009, thanks to the good work of Dr. Perez two years ago. Thank you, thank you, thank you! We will forever be grateful for the gift you've given us.

We received a positive pregnancy test on 3/22/08. I'm due on Thanksgiving.

Having my tubal reversal was one of the best decisions I've ever made. If it weren't for Dr. Perez, we would never have been able to afford a reversal.

There were two other ladies having surgery that we rode with in the shuttle from the airport, and we're all three now pregnant. Those are great statistics. Great job, Dr. Perez and staff. We are so incredibly thankful to you.
